The Cooper Garage Maximum Storage Series 12 consists of three cabinets, each with two adjustable and one fixed shelves. They measure 6 feet high and 4 feet wide. For the depth, you have an option of either 16 or 22 inches. The Series 12 means that you have a total of 12 running feet of cabinets.
The cabinets of the Series 12 do not stand on the garage floor. Instead, they are suspended from a wall by a weight-focused Steel Rail Support System™ that directs the weight of the cabinet against the wall. This type of installation keeps them dry as they do not come into contact with moisture coming from the floor. Cleaning the area below them is also facilitated.
The cabinets are made of ¾-inch thermofused low-pressure laminates in an open-back construction. This design is intended to control insects and mold that usually infest the cool dark space between the back wall of a cabinet and the wall of the house. Further, this also allows the installation of the cabinet in areas where certain devices are already installed such as a thermostat or sprinkler controls.
The front of the shelves inside the cabinet are protected with C-bar aluminum extrusions. These also help prevent stored objects from sliding out accidentally. Front and rear supports prop the shelves when fully loaded. Each cabinet can hold up to 300 pounds.
While the inside of the cabinets are in all white, you have two choices for the exterior finish –maple wood grain or folkstone gray. Regardless of your choice, you are assured of a fine-looking, functional, and practical storage solution for your stuff.
