The box style doors of the Global Industrial Tool Storage Cabinet make it stand out among other wall cabinets. Fixed shelves with risers to keep stored items from falling off are installed behind the doors, like a refrigerator door. The right door has three shelves while the left has two. Although the right door can hold more items, the left can accommodate taller ones. The latter also has a built-in tool rack where you can place small tools such as your screwdrivers or chisels, and a tray for hardware items like nails, nuts, and bolts.
As doors that are weighted down with stored items may have a tendency to open, the Global Industrial Tool Storage Cabinet is fitted with magnetic catches on the top board to keep its doors closed. For added security of the items in the cabinet, hasps that can be padlocked are provided.
The cabinet is constructed out of heavy-gauge steel that are welded together. To protect it from rust and corrosion, it is electrostatically coated with a gray powder enamel and heat-cured. With this process, the enamel adheres to the steel as if it were its natural coating.
When closed, the storage cabinet measures 30″ W x 11.5″ D x 24″ H. Since the box doors can pivot on its hinges by 180°, the cabinet’s width is doubled when they are fully opened. The depth, on the other hand, is reduced by roughly half of its closed measurements.
