Designed for professionals, the Kennedy Pro-Line Model 10495 Maintenance Cart is intended to absorb abuse and misuse and still continue functioning. It is constructed from heavy-gauge welded steel, which provides superior strength, rigidity, and durability.
To protect the steel from rust and corrosion, it is powder coated with particles of pulverized pigment and resin that are electrostatically charged and cured in an oven where they melt and fuse with the steel surface. This coating acts like an armor to the steel. Apart from the exceptional protection it offers, the powder coating, which is colored black, also provides the cart an attractive glossy sheen.
Model 10495 has plenty of storage space for your tools and equipment. Even the most serious of do-it-yourselfers with loads of tools will definitely find the cabinet sufficient for his needs. It features 12 drawers of various sizes as your tools are also of various sizes.
The biggest of the drawers is the top drawer which is almost 38 inches wide and 6 inches high. It has a depth of 18.5 inches, as all the other drawers. The other drawers beneath are divided into two columns, one with a width of 25 inches and the other, approximately 10 inches. Two of the 25-inch wide drawers are 2 inches high, three are 4 inches, and one is 6 inches. On the other hand, two of the 10-inch wide drawers are 2 inches in height, two are 4 inches, and one is 10 inches.
Full-width aluminum drawer handles open all drawers and also provide an attractive contrast to the black cabinet. Ball bearing slides are installed on all drawers for ease of opening and shutting even when full. When shut, they can be secured with tubular key locks.
The top of the maintenance cart doubles as a work surface. It is made of medium-density fiberboard or MDF. Tubular side handles make maneuvering the cart easy and convenient. It rolls on four heavy-duty ball-bearing casters, two of which swivel.
