Designed for mechanics and other industrial workers who need to move plenty of their tools around the garage or factory, it is equipped with four 6-inch phenolic swivel casters and a pair of 10-inch solid rubber tires mounted on an axle affixed to the middle of the cabinet. The swivel casters and the middle axle are securely fastened to heavy-gauge metal reinforcements that run the full width of the cabinet bottom. These six wheels make it easy to push even when carrying heavy loads. The swivel casters can be locked to keep the cabinet from rolling away while working. A tubular handle on its right side helps in maneuvering the cabinet.
For storage, the Model 4410 has ten drawers of varying sizes. The top drawer extends the full width of the cabinet, measuring 39.5 inches, with a height of 6 inches. Depth is 18.5 inches, which is identical with all the other drawers. The lower part is divided into two sections. To the right are four drawers, all with a width of 12 inches. Of the four, the top three have a height of 2 inches while the bottom drawer has 10 inches. On the left side are five drawers, all with a width of 25 inches. The upper two drawers are 2 inches high, while the remaining three are 4 inches high.
All drawers are fitted with full-width handles which also serve to enhance the appearance of the cabinet. They glide on ball-bearing slides that are strong enough to support heavy loads.
The Kennedy Professional Series Model 4410 Roller Cabinet is available in wrinkled brown or smooth red powder finish. This type of coating provides excellent protection from rust thus helping to prolong service life.
