Rubbermaid Steel-Reinforced Shelving Unit

Synthetic resin has steadily gained standing as a material of choice for different kinds of furniture. We see chairs, stools, tables, and shelves made of resin. The reason for this is resin is a low-maintenance material. Cleaning furniture made of resin is a breeze. You only need to wipe it with a damp cloth to keep it clean and shiny. Unlike wood, it does not rot even when exposed to water or snow; and unlike steel, it does not rust or corrode. And it does not need to be painted every few years.

All these are true of the resin-based Rubbermaid Steel-Reinforced Shelving Unit. Thus, you can expect it to last a lifetime with a minimum of effort. For added strength and support, however, each shelf is reinforced with three steel beams.

Rubbermaid offers two versions of their steel-reinforced shelves. One is the four-shelf version and the other is the five-shelf kind. The former stands at a height of 52 inches while the latter is 68.5 inches tall. The shelves measure 36 inches wide and 18 inches deep. Each of them can carry a load of 200 lbs.

Assembly of the Rubbermaid Steel-Reinforced Shelving Unit is quick and easy as you only need to insert the pole stands into pre-punched holes in the shelves. The poles are sturdy and can easily carry the 800-lb. load of four shelves, or the 1,000-lb. load of five shelves. These stands and shelves are finished in castlerock gray.
