The extremely durable heavy-duty welded steel frame of the Tennsco Electronic Hardwood Top Modular Workbench supports its laminated maple top. This has a butcher block type of construction making it a tough and durable surface that could sustain heavy blows. Indeed, it can carry a load of 150 pounds per square feet provided the load is distributed evenly.
For greater strength, the workbench has a panel leg design. In addition to this functional role, it also helps make the workbench look good. A stringer binds the legs together for stability.
A front panel right below the maple top has four duplex electrical outlets for your power tools. A master switch control is incorporated regulating the flow of electric power into all four outlets. It also has a circuit breaker with a reset button.
The Tennsco Electronic Hardwood Top Modular Workbench has eight drawers, four on each side. For a cleaner look, the handles are recessed yet they are large enough for convenient pulling. All drawers are equipped with nylon rollers to help them glide easily and smoothly when opened. These are full extension drawers which allow easy access even to the innermost sections. They are removable and, with their flat bottoms, can be placed on the workbench surface.
